This document constitutes the binding legal agreement between you and pj033. Please read it carefully in full before registering an account or using any service on this platform. By accessing or using pj033, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
pj033 is strictly for adults aged 21 and over. All players must be of legal age in their jurisdiction. Underage use is prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on pj033. Duplicate or multi-accounts will be suspended and any balances subject to forfeiture under our anti-fraud policy.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp) via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
All bonuses carry clearly stated wagering requirements, validity periods, and maximum bet restrictions. Bonus stacking is prohibited unless explicitly communicated in the promotion.
pj033 provides self-exclusion, deposit limits, and session control tools. Players in distress are encouraged to utilise these tools or contact support immediately.
pj033 operates under a valid international gaming licence. The platform is an offshore service. Users are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable local laws.
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between pj033 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or otherwise uses the services provided at pj033.cam and any related sub-domains or mobile-optimised interfaces operated by pj033.
By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered by pj033, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.
pj033 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
The following terms, when used in this Agreement with initial capital letters, shall have the meanings set out below:

| Wagering Requirement | The total bet volume (calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount, deposit amount, or both) that a User must complete on eligible games before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. |
| KYC | Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by pj033 prior to processing a User's first withdrawal, or at pj033's discretion at any other time. |
| Togel | Togel (Toto Gelap) — Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery game based on international pool draws, offered on the Platform under the Lottery category. |
| Prohibited User | Any person who is under 21 years of age, who has voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform, or who is otherwise restricted from using the Platform under applicable law or these Terms. |
| Dormant Account | A registered Account from which no login or transaction activity has been recorded for a consecutive period of twelve (12) calendar months. |
To register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during which your Account remains active:
pj033 does not represent that the use of its services is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. It is each User's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing or using the Platform is permitted under the laws of their country or territory of residence. pj033's platform constitutes an offshore service and is not regulated by any Indonesian government authority.
To use the Platform's real-money features, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, truthful, and current information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred username. You warrant that all information provided during registration and subsequently updated is accurate at the time of submission.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on pj033. The creation of more than one Account by the same individual — regardless of name, email address, or payment method used — constitutes multi-accounting and is strictly prohibited. Accounts identified as duplicates will be closed without notice, and all Funds associated with non-primary Accounts are subject to forfeiture.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. pj033 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You agree to notify pj033 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your Account.
pj033 may request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any stage, including prior to processing your first withdrawal, following a change of personal details, or at the discretion of our compliance team. Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued identity card (KTP), passport, or other official identification. Failure to provide adequate documentation within the timeframe requested may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
An Account that has had no login or transaction activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as Dormant. pj033 will notify the User at the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy fee. A monthly administrative charge of Rp 25.000 may be deducted from the Dormant Account's balance to offset maintenance costs. No dormancy fee will reduce the Account balance below zero. Accounts with a zero balance after dormancy will be closed.
pj033 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are published on the Platform's Cashier page. pj033 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, individual banks or e-wallet providers may apply their own inter-bank transfer charges.
All deposited funds must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment is made from an account held in a different person's name — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source minus any applicable handling costs.
Withdrawal requests are processed on Business Days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Indonesian public holidays, between 08:00 and 20:00 WIB). Verified Accounts in good standing can expect withdrawals to be processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the receiving bank's interbank clearing schedule. pj033 does not guarantee specific processing times, and complex verification cases may take longer.
Withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the pj033 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. pj033 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal of Rp 50.000.000 or above.
All Account balances, bets, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp/IDR). pj033 does not offer multi-currency accounts or foreign-exchange conversion services.
pj033 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Users, including but not limited to: Welcome Deposit Bonuses, Reload Bonuses, Cashback offers, Free Spins, and Referral Bonuses. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer on the Platform. In all cases, the following general conditions apply:
pj033 monitors betting patterns for behaviour indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets (arbitrage), systematically betting on low-risk outcomes solely to fulfil wagering requirements, or using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion. pj033 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
Eligible Users may participate in the pj033 VIP Loyalty Programme, which comprises six tiers from Bronze to Black Diamond. Tier progression is based on eligible settled bet turnover calculated over rolling monthly periods. Cashback rates, withdrawal processing priority, and other VIP benefits are set out in the dedicated VIP Programme documentation and are subject to change. VIP tier status is determined solely at pj033's discretion.
All sports bets placed on pj033 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, and market type, as published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform. In the event of a discrepancy between the general Terms and the specific Sport Rules, the Sport Rules shall prevail for betting matters. Available markets include 1X2, Asian Handicap (locally known as voor bola), Over/Under, Both Teams to Score, mix parlay (multi-leg accumulators), and other markets as displayed.
All casino games and slot titles on the Platform — including live dealer games, slot gacor (high-RTP slot titles), table games, and specialty games — are provided by certified third-party game studios. The rules, RTP rates, and paytables for each game are accessible within the game interface. pj033 is not responsible for temporary unavailability of individual games due to the game provider's scheduled maintenance windows.
Togel draws on pj033 are sourced from official international lottery pool results (Singapore SGP, Hongkong HK, Sydney SDY, Macau, and others). Draw results are published on the Platform within fifteen (15) minutes of the official draw announcement. Disputes regarding draw results must be raised within twenty-four (24) hours of the result being published. pj033's published draw results are final in the event of any discrepancy with third-party sources.
A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error; the event was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion; the bet was placed after the event's official start time due to a system error; or the market was suspended and the bet was incorrectly accepted. Void bets result in a full return of the stake to the User's Account balance.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Funds:
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the pj033 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content (to the extent not owned by third-party game providers), and data — is the property of pj033 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from pj033. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform is strictly forbidden.
The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by pj033 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. In summary, pj033 collects personal information that is necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
pj033 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption to protect data in transit. Account data is stored on secured servers and is accessible only to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pj033, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if pj033 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
pj033's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pj033 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pj033 does not guarantee the accuracy of odds, results, or any other information displayed on the Platform, though it makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy at all times.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be resolved. Real-money Funds remaining in your Account at closure will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any necessary verification.
pj033 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Where an Account is closed due to confirmed fraud or deliberate breach of these Terms, pj033 reserves the right to withhold all Funds in the Account pending investigation, and to permanently forfeit those Funds if the breach is substantiated.
This Agreement and all matters relating to your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pj033 holds its international gaming licence ("Licensing Jurisdiction"). Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Licensing Jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of applicable local law.
pj033 acknowledges that its services are made available to Users in Indonesia. The primary applicable Indonesian legislation regarding gambling — the Public Gambling Act of 1867 — predates modern online and offshore betting and its application to international online gaming platforms remains a matter of ongoing legal debate. Users accessing pj033 from Indonesia do so at their own legal risk and on their own initiative. pj033 does not represent that its services are lawful in Indonesia or any other specific jurisdiction.
pj033 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pj033 will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice via a notice on the Platform and/or an email to the registered address on file. Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of Users — may be made without advance notice.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request closure of your Account before the effective date of the changes.
